Measure around the fullest part of your bust.

Waist

Measure around the smallest part of your waist, above the hips.

Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips including your bum.

Wrap a thin strip of paper around your finger like a ring.
Mark the spot where the string overlap, and measure the length (in millimetres) with a ruler.
